Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
  • Possession of Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
  • Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Proven management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities under pressure
  • Competence in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships and communicate openly with staff and departments

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree preferred
  • Required certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
  • Familiar with hotel operations, departmental functions, and industry trends
  • Maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments

Job Duties

  • Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service including restaurant and banquets
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards while reducing waste and improving efficiency
  • Develop menus and events, assist in pricing and setup for banquets
  • Lead kitchen staff and manage all food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth operation
  • Safeguard sensitive information, cash, and secure areas while representing the company professionally and with integrity
  • Conduct business travel safely and responsibly
