Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
- Possession of Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Proven management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Competence in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
- Ability to maintain professional relationships and communicate openly with staff and departments
Job Qualifications

- Associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree preferred
- Required certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
- Familiar with hotel operations, departmental functions, and industry trends
- Maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments
Job Duties
- Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service including restaurant and banquets
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards while reducing waste and improving efficiency
- Develop menus and events, assist in pricing and setup for banquets
- Lead kitchen staff and manage all food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth operation
- Safeguard sensitive information, cash, and secure areas while representing the company professionally and with integrity
- Conduct business travel safely and responsibly
