Job Requirements

  • 2-year college degree preferred or 4-year degree with related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive hotel or related industry experience
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and composure
  • Compliance with necessary certifications including Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid

Job Qualifications

  • Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience required
  • Effective in handling stressful high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Deliver standout service across all food and beverage areas creating a warm welcoming vibe for guests and teammates alike
  • Take charge of budgeting and revenue strategies to keep the department thriving and targets exceeded
  • Spot issues before they happen and solve them fast to keep service flowing and guests smiling
  • Share ideas clearly listen actively and keep the conversation open with guests staff and leadership
  • Use Windows systems spreadsheets and word docs like a pro to manage operations and reporting with ease
  • Lead coach and guide food and beverage staff while keeping standards high and procedures on point
