Job Requirements
- 2-year college degree preferred or 4-year degree with related experience
- Minimum of 5 years progressive hotel or related industry experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and composure
- Compliance with necessary certifications including Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid
Job Qualifications
- Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience required
- Effective in handling stressful high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
- Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid

- Deliver standout service across all food and beverage areas creating a warm welcoming vibe for guests and teammates alike
- Take charge of budgeting and revenue strategies to keep the department thriving and targets exceeded
- Spot issues before they happen and solve them fast to keep service flowing and guests smiling
- Share ideas clearly listen actively and keep the conversation open with guests staff and leadership
- Use Windows systems spreadsheets and word docs like a pro to manage operations and reporting with ease
- Lead coach and guide food and beverage staff while keeping standards high and procedures on point
