Job Requirements

  • High-volume independent full-service restaurant experience required
  • Experience opening restaurants preferred
  • Ability to handle stressful high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
  • Must meet certification requirements including Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid
  • Five years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field including required supervisory experience

Job Qualifications

  • A two-year college degree with at least three years of related experience or a four-year college degree with a minimum of one year of related experience preferred
  • Five years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field including required supervisory experience
  • Ability to handle stressful high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
  • Must meet certification requirements including Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Supervise and assist in food preparation ensuring high standards of quality taste and presentation across all outlets while maintaining safety expectations
  • Lead motivate coach and discipline kitchen personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service
  • Manage food costs budgets and maximize cost production ratios to optimize financial performance
  • Maintain cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen work and storage areas adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Clearly convey information and resolve concerns from co-workers and guests effectively
