  • bachelor's degree with 1 year related experience
  • 5 years progressive hotel or related field experience
  • supervisory experience required
  • strong proficiency with windows systems, spreadsheets, typing, and basic PC troubleshooting
  • ability to communicate clearly

  • ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • skilled at understanding complex information

Job Duties

  • keep every department running smoothly and every rule followed from payroll to hotel systems, making complex stuff look easy
  • manage daily cash, billing, collections, and audits with precision and accountability
  • maintain payroll and employee records including new hires, benefits, and productivity reports
  • oversee guest services and night audit teams to ensure accounting accuracy, lead night auditor training sessions, conduct effective staff meetings, and perform MOD duties when required
