Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartender or server experience
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- Previous server experience required
- Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a busy work environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and balancing receipts
- Ability to follow food and beverage regulations
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Duties
- Mix, pour and serve drinks for customers
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and pleasing working area
- Prepare hors d'oeuvres and set out for guests
- Be knowledgeable about the area and recommend places for hotel guests to visit and dine
- Serve food to customers as appropriate
- Be punctual, reliable and able to work on your own
- Keep a clean and organized kitchen area
- Set up and breakdown meeting space as needed
- Be able to do an inventory list (food, alcohol, supplies)
