Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartender or server experience
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Previous server experience required
  • Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a busy work environment
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and balancing receipts
  • Ability to follow food and beverage regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Mix, pour and serve drinks for customers
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary and pleasing working area
  • Prepare hors d'oeuvres and set out for guests
  • Be knowledgeable about the area and recommend places for hotel guests to visit and dine
  • Serve food to customers as appropriate
  • Be punctual, reliable and able to work on your own
  • Keep a clean and organized kitchen area
  • Set up and breakdown meeting space as needed
  • Be able to do an inventory list (food, alcohol, supplies)
