Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to carry heavy trays and perform physical tasks involved in food running
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Work authorization for the location
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to carry and balance a tray
- Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers
- Previous experience of 1 year desired
- High analytical and organizational skills
- Speaking, writing and reading English is required
- Flexible schedule and ability to work different shifts and some weekends
Job Duties
- Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
- Greet guests according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
- Assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
- Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations
- Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two work rules and standards of conduct
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
