Job Duties
- welcome and accommodate guests visitors and staff in a warm and courteous manner
- oversee guest registration and check-out processes
- promote hotel services amenities and provide helpful information
- set up accurate guest accounts according to preferences
- accommodate room changes expediently
- resolve guest issues and respond to special requests
- maintain proper key control and security measures
