Job Duties

  • welcome and accommodate guests visitors and staff in a warm and courteous manner
  • oversee guest registration and check-out processes
  • promote hotel services amenities and provide helpful information
  • set up accurate guest accounts according to preferences
  • accommodate room changes expediently
  • resolve guest issues and respond to special requests
  • maintain proper key control and security measures
