Job Requirements
- Prior bartending experience required
- leadership or bar lead experience strongly preferred
- extensive knowledge of spirits cocktails beer and wine
- strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate and guide a team
- creative approach to mixology with focus on presentation and guest experience
- ability to multitask and perform gracefully under pressure in a high-volume setting
- must be able to stand for long periods bend and lift up to 25 lbs
- genuine passion for hospitality teamwork and the art of the cocktail

Job Duties
- Lead bar operations during service ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- craft and serve high-quality cocktails beverages and specialty drinks with artistry and consistency
- mentor and support bartenders and bar backs fostering teamwork and excellence behind the bar
- maintain product knowledge staying current on trends in mixology wine and spirits
- assist in menu development and seasonal cocktail creation
- ensure compliance with all liquor laws and responsible service standards
- oversee bar setup inventory ordering and product rotation
- monitor service quality guest interactions and overall bar atmosphere
- collaborate with management and the F&B team to ensure smooth operations
- perform opening closing and cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity
