Job Duties
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- take accurate drink and food orders, and ensure timely delivery
- offer thoughtful recommendations and upsell specialty cocktails and menu items
- maintain cleanliness of assigned tables, bar areas, and service stations
- ensure compliance with state, federal, and company liquor regulations
- handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- work collaboratively with bartenders, bar backs, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service
- assist with additional duties as requested by management
