Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and events
  • Relevant leadership experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively with culinary and beverage teams
  • Strong guest engagement and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance and KPIs
  • Commitment to operational excellence and compliance
  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant general manager or senior leader in upscale or fine-dining environments
  • Strong culinary acumen and ability to collaborate on menu development
  • Success managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Track record of driving sales growth and high guest satisfaction
  • Experience with experiential programming such as cocktail and cooking classes preferred
  • Strong financial literacy including revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Passion for refined, thoughtful, and welcoming hospitality

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Hire, train, coach, and retain top talent
  • Model service standards and guest engagement
  • Deliver Michelin-inspired service that is polished and approachable
  • Ensure coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Engage with guests and manage feedback
  • Partner with Executive Chef on menu development and pricing
  • Oversee beverage programming with bar leadership
  • Develop marketing strategies to drive traffic and brand growth
  • Lead experiential programming like cocktail and cooking classes
  • Build community and hospitality network relationships
  • Manage restaurant financial performance including revenue growth and cost control
  • Monitor KPIs such as covers, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • Implement revenue optimization across dayparts and events
  • Optimize private dining and event sales
  • Ensure flawless execution of private events
  • Oversee daily operations with compliance to health and safety
  • Establish scalable systems and training programs
  • Balance creativity with disciplined operational management
