Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Comply with company standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner
- Assist cashier in collection of payments and prepare cashier reports
- Know and understand state liquor laws and comply with certification requirements
- Attend trainings and meetings as required
- Represent the company with a high level of trust, responsibility, and good character
- Assist servers and cashiers in providing a pleasant dining experience
- Perform opening and closing duties according to checklists
- Maintain quality control of menus regarding cleanliness and appearance
- Answer telephone calls according to standards
- Take reservations and handle guest inquiries
- Pay out servers' and attendants' tips as appropriate
- Handle guest needs attentively throughout dining experience
