Job Requirements
- Associate degree in related field or four years of experience in a comparable Table Games Operations supervisory position or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Table Games Operations is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be fluent and literate in English
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Table Games operating systems
- Ability to interact diplomatically and tactfully with guests, staff, and colleagues to resolve conflicts
- Strong ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the public
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all organizational levels
- High energy and proactive strategic problem-solving skills
- Math skills to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs
- Flexible availability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate

Job Duties
- Supervise staff and manage daily operations during a designated shift in the Table Games department
- Support, administer, and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with management regarding concerns with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Assist in budget processes by providing recommendations and supporting compliance with budget initiatives
- Promote superior customer service standards and address issues as they arise
- Collaborate with Shift Manager to implement strategies for customer service, game layout, revenue growth, and expense management
- Manage inventory and accountability of chips, cards, dice, and gaming equipment
- Conduct continuous inspection of cards and dice to ensure game security
- Maintain and process departmental paperwork, logs, schedules, and communications
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues to management
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding departmental and company matters
