Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in related field
  • Four years of experience in a comparable Table Games Operations supervisory position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent and literate in English
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Table Games operating systems
  • Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels
  • High level of energy and proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Competency in basic mathematics including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rates, ratios, and interpreting graphical data
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in related field or four years of experience in a comparable Table Games Operations supervisory position or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Table Games Operations preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent and literate in English
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Table Games operating systems
  • Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically

Job Duties

  • Supervising staff and overall daily management of a designated shift in the Table Games department
  • Supporting, administering, and managing operational goals and monitoring the achievement of performance and profit objectives
  • Adhering to scheduling and coordinating with manager regarding any concerns with attention to guest satisfaction
  • Assisting in budget process by providing recommendations and supporting compliance to departmental budget initiatives
  • Enthusiastically supporting and demonstrating superior customer service according to company standards and addressing any issues
  • Working closely with Shift Manager to implement strategies for customer service, comping, games layout, revenue growth, and expense management
  • Managing team member engagement by addressing feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances
  • Accounting for chips, cards, dice, and other gaming equipment
  • Assisting with verification of table inventories and effective management of table limits
  • Maintaining documentation including paperwork, logs, schedules, and communications related to Table Games
  • Inspecting cards and dice continuously to ensure security during the shift
  • Sharing responsibility for the overall integrity of daily operations on assigned shift
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting issues to management
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
