Job Requirements
- Associate degree in related field
- four years of experience in comparable Table Games Operations supervisory position
- knowledge of Table Games Operations preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- fluent and literate in English
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Table Games operating systems
- ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and colleagues
- strong report writing and business correspondence skills
- ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and the public
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- effective collaboration and communication abilities
- ability to maintain energy and adopt a proactive approach
- strong numerical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting graphs
- flexibility to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- experience in a supervisory role within Table Games Operations preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Table Games operating systems

Job Duties
- Supervising staff and managing daily operations during assigned shifts in the Table Games department
- supporting and administering operational goals and monitoring performance and profit objectives
- adhering to scheduling and coordinating with management to address concerns, focusing on guest satisfaction
- assisting in the department's budget process and supporting compliance with budget initiatives
- promoting and demonstrating superior customer service consistent with company standards
- collaborating with Shift Managers to implement strategies for customer service, revenue growth, and expense management
- managing team member engagement by addressing feedback, complaints, and grievances
- ensuring the accountability of gaming equipment such as chips, cards, and dice
- assisting with inventory verifications and managing table limits
- maintaining and processing departmental paperwork and schedules
- inspecting cards and dice to ensure security
- upholding daily operational integrity and regulatory compliance
- maintaining confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
