Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Stocks shelves and refills displays
- loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products
- conditions shelves and products
- applies product knowledge and attention to detail to meet department standards
- keeps department clean and organized, including back room and shelves
- complies with standard operating procedures and leader direction
- ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- works efficiently with a team attitude and maintains productivity standards
- takes constructive feedback and applies learning
- may coach and train other stockers
- operates with team mindset and builds relationships across departments
- models customer service and hospitality
- assists customers in locating products and answering questions
