Job Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited institution
- Three years of clerical experience
- Willingness to obtain certification to proctor exams and standardized tests
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with office software and record-keeping systems
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited institution
- Three years of clerical experience
- Willingness to obtain certification to proctor exams and standardized tests such as Accuplacer, ATB, Pearson VUE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
- Experience in postsecondary education preferred
- Proficiency with Banner preferred
Job Duties
- Receive students, visitors, and college personnel in a prompt and courteous manner and provide information as required
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of student records
- Score tests and upload information into computer
- Administer and/or assist with administering all tests for students as directed by the Associate Dean of Enrollment and Retention
- Field and explain questions about testing and test scores via phone, email and in person
- Maintain and update the testing center calendar
- Notify students verbally or in writing of the test dates, appointment changes, and testing services as needed
- Prepare the testing center for major tests
- Maintain and update Coordinator's testing manuals and policies
- Receive and distribute materials to identified students
- Maintain security of testing supplies
- Develop and maintain files (computer and hardcopy) of students tested in the Assessment Center
- Establish and maintain files, correspondences, testing supplies, and other related information and documents
- Coordinate testing events for community partners
- Prepare purchase orders, requisitions, travel requests, work orders, and other professional documents, as requested
- Serve on college committees as requested
- Perform other duties as requested by appropriate personnel
