Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Basic knowledge of local area amenities

Job Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and help with luggage to rooms
- Tag, carry, and transport luggage between rooms, vehicles, or storage
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Assist with check-in/check-out support and run errands (e.g., arranging taxis, delivering items)
- Maintain lobby and entrance cleanliness, including sweeping, vacuuming, and removing debris
- Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs)
- Set up and break down furniture or equipment for events as needed
