  • Experience with high volume production and catering
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to oversee safety and sanitation protocols
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • Plan and create all menus
  • Purchase and manage inventory
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • Oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account
  • Manage and lead a team of associates
  • Ensure high volume production and catering services are executed effectively
