Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail stocking preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move stock manually

Job Duties
- Travel to assigned stores on a regular call schedule
- Manage strong relationships with store personnel
- Maintain accurate inventory through focus and cycle counts
- Ensure products are clean, culled, and properly stocked
- Provide training to store personnel on products and services
- Analyze performance and recommend product changes
- Participate in store resets and special events
