Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel within assigned territory regularly
- physical ability to stock and handle lumber and related products
- good communication skills
- must be reliable and self-motivated
- ability to manage expenses according to corporate policies
- customer-focused attitude
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in retail stocking or customer service preferred
- ability to build strong relationships with store personnel
- good organizational and inventory management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of lumber, moulding, or millwork products is a plus
- ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
- basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Travel to assigned stores within territory on a regular, pre-determined call schedule
- manage strong relationships with store personnel such as store management, red vest, MST
- maintain accurate inventory by making focus and cycle count adjustments and/or notifying customers of necessary changes
- maintain appearance of company products by cleaning, culling, placing suggested orders, preparing returns and credits, and ensuring point-of-purchase materials are up to date and in place
- provide training to store personnel on company products and services
- analyze performance, product mix, market conditions, and new product opportunities and recommend changes
- facilitate store reset activity with the NHC Store Planning Team as required
- participate in special events such as grand openings, contractor nights, product knowledge training, company meetings
- stock replenishment orders within 48 hours of delivery to store
- manage all expenses per corporate policies and procedures
- demonstrate high standards of conduct, professionalism, courtesy, ethics, and a can-do attitude when representing the company
