Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Current valid driver's license with no restrictions
- No immigration sponsorship available
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to push, pull, stand, bend, stoop
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Availability to work overtime
- Must pass pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a monthly schedule
- Current valid driver's license with no restrictions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays for emergency assistance
- Prefer associate degree or advanced training or certifications
- Previous mechanical problem-solving experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or mechanical fields related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality or pool and spa
Job Duties
- Leverage tools and technology including tablet and mobile phone apps to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions to customers
- Communicate total value to customers to meet their needs and grow sales within existing accounts
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems
- Provide emergency service to customers via phone or in person as needed
- Assist in installation of equipment and solutions
- Demonstrate safe equipment use ensuring customers' operations are fully functional
- Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs
