Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with route delivery or customer service preferred
- Ability to operate straight trucks and comply with safety regulations
- Physical ability to push and pull up to 1,000 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work four 10-hour days either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
- Ability to handle accounts receivable collections as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or route delivery preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely
- Basic negotiation skills
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical health and stamina for handling heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Operate a Bay Towel straight truck on an established route to service and support existing customer base
- Manage and grow customer accounts by supporting and communicating additional products and services
- Deliver and pick up rental goods in healthcare, food and beverage, and manufacturing industries
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns
- Monitor and maintain merchandise inventory levels by performing routine inventory counts
- Visit all key contacts weekly and meet with business owners or involved individuals quarterly for agreement negotiations
- Negotiate service agreement renewals
- Handle routine customer service requests and concerns
- Perform accounts receivable collection as needed to keep balances current
- Conduct daily tasks safely and comply with driving and vehicle regulations
- Display knowledge of Bay Towel products and adhere to company policies
- Collaborate with the Bay Towel team to improve daily operations
- Perform all other assigned duties
