  • own and nurture customer relationships in a team-based selling model
  • educate customers on ordering platforms and provide menu consultations, product recommendations, and pricing strategies
  • drive sales success by increasing case growth and acquiring new business
  • deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to individual customers
  • work collaboratively with specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams
  • develop new business through market intelligence, business directories, trade shows, and existing client leads
  • manage delivery schedules and troubleshoot order process issues
  • maintain awareness of market conditions, competitor products, prices, and sales
  • conduct regular site visits, customer check-ins, and follow-ups using personal vehicle
