Job Duties

  • Develop and implement agreed upon sales and marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals expanding manufacturer product penetration in
  • Identify key end-user targets and create a marketing plan to cultivate this business through individual efforts, team collaboration and dealer relationships
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota
  • Plan and follow up on all Territory joint calls with our manufacturers
  • Seek new applications and customers for our manufacturer’s products
  • Build trust, communicate effectively, drive successful execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer and collaborate with others to provide solutions to solve customers’ problems
  • Work in a team environment coordinating sales efforts and communication between all team members
  • Schedule regular appointments with dealers to review product needs and develop new opportunities
  • Continually update customers on product changes, modifications and new introductions
  • Participate in Trade Shows and Conferences regionally and nationally when assigned
  • Keep customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date
  • Provide updates of opportunities in Territory as required by Company
  • Keep customer displays and marketing materials current
  • Keep assigned Zink Culinary Center Showroom current and organized
  • Work within the sales and support teams for achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term goals in line with Company vision and values
