Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or industry experience
- Working knowledge of pumps, hydraulics, waterflow, pumping or mixing technology preferred
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent 5+ years of work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
- Working knowledge of pumps, hydraulics, waterflow, pumping or mixing technology preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., SalesForce, CRM systems)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques
- Overnight travel requirement 50%
