Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or industry experience
  • Working knowledge of pumps, hydraulics, waterflow, pumping or mixing technology preferred
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent 5+ years of work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
  • Working knowledge of pumps, hydraulics, waterflow, pumping or mixing technology preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., SalesForce, CRM systems)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques
  • Overnight travel requirement 50%
