Job Duties
- Share tree knowledge to service the customer
- assist with customer purchases by cutting, baling, and tying trees to vehicles
- deliver a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of MPOS for efficient check out
- enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining positivity, respect, and helpfulness
- assist leadership team in maintaining tree yard standards and stocking trees
- adhere to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and company policies to support store profitability
