Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age
- ability to work in various weather conditions including cold temperatures and active weather
- ability to use hand tools and lift at least 75 lbs
- extraordinary ability to provide outstanding guest service and enthusiasm for outdoor sports and recreation
- ski and snowboard experience
- a positive, team player attitude
- exceptional verbal communication skills with both colleagues and guests

Job Duties
- Maintaining terrain park features including raking, shoveling, and shaping
- Work alongside grooming department during builds and reshapes
- Testing newly built features prior to guest use
- Install, maintain, and monitor safety materials including signage, boundaries, entrances and exits
- Always upholds the safety and general maintenance of the terrain park
- Identifies and reports any safety or operational hazards immediately
- Acknowledges and understands all safety policies and procedures established by Blue Mountain Resort
