Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year in food and beverage industry
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Willingness to work variable hours according to event schedule
- Flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to stoop, lift, and reach frequently
- Ability to lift and move at least 30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year food and beverage industry experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Basic bartending skills
- Ability to interact professionally with high-profile guests and associates
- Strong teamwork attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written directives
Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately
- Provide professional service
- Menu and product knowledge
- Basic bartending experience
- Take and deliver guest beverage orders
- Problem solve
- Promptly address any customer service issues, direct to manager as needed
- Perform beginning and ending inventory of assigned area
- Implement steps of service
- Follow safe food handling practices
- Follow all responsible alcohol service policies
- Maintain a clean and polished uniform
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow City Foods & Events and Sporting Kansas City policies and procedures
