  • Previous experience as a line cook preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have or be willing to acquire Food Handlers card
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant or culinary setting preferred, ideally in an upscale dining environment
  • Passion for food and a willingness to learn about cultural fusion and culinary techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen equipment
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have or willing to acquire Food Handlers card

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to the highest standards, following recipes and specifications to maintain consistency
  • Develop a strong understanding of our unique menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to ensure quality and authenticity
  • Plate dishes with attention to detail, ensuring that each dish reflects the artistic vision of our culinary team
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, always adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and seamless communication during peak hours
  • Be flexible and ready to assist in various kitchen stations as needed, from prep to service, to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor food quality and portion sizes, adjusting as necessary to meet our high standards
