Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
Prior experience in restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred
Ability to obtain food handler and beverage certifications
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain any required food and beverage certifications (Food Handlers/OLCC)

Job Duties

Stock and replenish bar supplies including glassware, garnishes, ice, liquor, beer, and wine
Assist bartenders with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Change kegs and restock coolers as needed
Remove used glassware and maintain a polished, guest-ready bar top
Clear and reset tables efficiently and according to Terra Mae standards
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
Assist with water service and beverage refills as needed
Polish glassware, silverware, and assist with maintaining presentation standards
Ensure service areas are stocked and organized throughout the shift
Follow sanitation and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations
Take out trash during end of night shift work
Work closely with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Communicate proactively regarding inventory levels and guest needs
Support a warm, welcoming atmosphere through attentiveness and urgency
Assist guests courteously when approached and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed
Perform side work and other responsibilities as assigned
