Job Requirements
- Clean shaven face for safety reasons
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
- Flexible working hours including Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Able to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions such as seasonal weather, damp and dusty locations
- Comfortable entering and exiting structures, crawl spaces, climbing stairs and ladders
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment like OSHA-compliant respirator
- General labor experience including carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter and attic work is a plus
- Ability to move regularly by sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and using stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Licenses or certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to work on roofs and high areas
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
Job Duties
- Identify customer's termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps
- Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices
- Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions
- Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures and structural modifications
- Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order
- Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment
- Complete production forms documenting services provided
- Interact with customers and explain services provided
