Job Description
The hiring establishment is an airport operations center responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of airport-wide Common Use premises. This specialized department plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency by acting as the central point of contact for various operational needs across the airport's shared-use facilities. These Common Use areas include ticket counters, bag makeup zones, baggage claim sections, recheck counters, holding rooms, gate operations, and passenger processing facilities. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in airport operations or customer service
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with computer systems used in airport operations

Job Duties
- Coordinate and assist during irregular operations
- monitor day of operations on airport wide Common Use premises
- monitor ticket counters assignments on Common Use premises
- monitor bag makeup assignments on Common Use premises
- monitor baggage claim assignments on Common Use premises
- monitor recheck counter assignments on Common Use premises
- monitor hold room and gate operation on Common Use devices
- monitor F.I.S operation related to passenger processing
- coordinate with Tower staff on overall Common Use operation
- monitor Common Use operational performances
- generate daily operation reports
- perform other related tasks and duties as assigned
