Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Answer and respond to after-hour calls including emergency response
- perform filter changes and valve alignments inside the terminal property to assure proper handling, storage, and integrity of products
- use the Terminal Automation System to prepare daily inventory reports, terminal balance report, and rack activity report
- forward daily inventory and accounting reports to appropriate customers
- ensure customers receive timely information regarding throughput and inventory
- sample and analyze products for quality assurance
- maintain loading rack equipment both mechanically and electrically clean and in good working order
- interact with drivers to ensure compliance with company and safety regulations
- train new drivers on terminal automation, loading equipment, and emergency procedures
- conduct safety watches with outside contractors as advised by the Terminal Manager
- ensure all environmental and safety equipment is operational
- maintain terminal appearance including mowing and edging grass
- enforce compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- reduce potential risks to public safety and environment while minimizing company liability
- improve operational efficiency and financial profitability through well-maintained facilities
