Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Office and SAP
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate terminal equipment safely
- Physical ability to work at heights and in confined or enclosed areas
- Ability to perform unloading functions
- Knowledge of cement and construction industry preferred
- Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment including respirators
- Clean shaven face required for respirator fit test
- Positive and pleasant attitude when working with co-workers, customers, and the public

Job Duties
- Provide customer service and perform final quality control checks of products
- Expedite truck movements and handle customer interactions efficiently
- Maintain terminal buildings and equipment in good condition
- Operate unloading equipment safely including vibrators, compressors, front-end loader, blowers, pumps, vacuum systems, and hoisting equipment
- Unload barges and railcars, transfer products into silos, and perform sampling and testing of products
- Load bulk unit trucks correctly ensuring legal weights and proper product delivery
- Process Bill of Ladings and troubleshoot terminal equipment failures
- Communicate deviations from standards and report operational or safety issues
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and promote a strong safety culture
- Perform additional duties as assigned by terminal management that do not present hazards or violate policies
