Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft programs, and SAP preferred
- High mechanical aptitude and ability
- Mechanical background and welding experience desirable
- Knowledge of cement and the construction industry an asset
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper use of PPE including respirators
- Clean shaven where respirator seal meets face for fit test compliance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft programs and SAP preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Welding experience preferred
- Knowledge of cement and the construction industry preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment properly
Job Duties
- Communicate with terminal managers, customers, sales personnel, trucking firms and suppliers
- Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, and yard
- Load and unload material using bulk and bagged methods and various transportation modes
- Operate and perform general maintenance on mobile equipment
- Assist with general mechanical maintenance
- Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
