Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft programs, and SAP preferred
  • High mechanical aptitude and ability
  • Mechanical background and welding experience desirable
  • Knowledge of cement and the construction industry an asset
  • Adhere to safety protocols and proper use of PPE including respirators
  • Clean shaven where respirator seal meets face for fit test compliance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft programs and SAP preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Welding experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cement and the construction industry preferred
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment properly

Job Duties

  • Communicate with terminal managers, customers, sales personnel, trucking firms and suppliers
  • Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, and yard
  • Load and unload material using bulk and bagged methods and various transportation modes
  • Operate and perform general maintenance on mobile equipment
  • Assist with general mechanical maintenance
  • Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
