Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must successfully pass Benihana chef training program
- Ability to engage and entertain guests
- Prior experience as a chef or cook preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to hygiene and safety protocols
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon their teppan order
- Perform engaging cooking shows for assigned tables while maintaining courteous interaction with guests
- Provide guests with detailed information about Benihana foods and respond promptly to guest requests
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other foods using various kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, hibachi tables, and equipment
- Follow company standards for food portioning, cooking methods, and presentation
- Handle, store, label, and rotate foods according to health and safety regulations
