Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) and/or Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) certified
- CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
- Excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
- Thorough knowledge of the game of tennis and possesses effective teaching styles and techniques
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
- Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with members and team members
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Owns all preparation work required for tournament including submitting tournament application, setting up tournament on designated website, promoting and marketing, handling all tournament registrations, uploading and updating completed draws by designated time, creating tournament desk schedule and assigning team member hours, coordinating court scheduling with Tennis Manager, Tennis Head Pro, Tennis Coordinator
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding tennis tournament revenue and CM goals
- Actively manage expenses of tournaments including tennis desk labor, officials, ordering supplies while reducing or eliminating non-essential expenses
- Recap tournament financials post event
- Leads and supervises during tournament or event as appropriate
- Ensures all tennis facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
- Partners with additional Life Time departments as needed
- Responds quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns to ensure tournament participants continue involvement in programs
