Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of experience in event coordination, community engagement, and/or hospitality
- experience in luxury hotel, coworking, or corporate meeting and event planning preferred
- proficiency with Outlook and GSuite email platforms
- familiarity with property management apps, survey tools, marketing platforms, and invoicing systems
- ability to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with flexibility for evening events
- excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications
- Two plus years of experience in event coordination, community engagement, and/or hospitality
- experience in luxury hotel, coworking company, or corporate meeting and event planning preferred
- tech-savvy with proficiency in managing multiple email platforms (Outlook and GSuite) and property apps
- knowledge of survey platforms, marketing template platforms, and invoicing systems
- current with local luxury hospitality and community trends
- strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- proven track record of meeting KPIs and driving revenue
- creative and innovative mindset with experience launching new initiatives
- excellent organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Create a five-star, service-rich environment by infusing hospitality into all tenant and guest interactions
- achieve a 90 percent satisfaction rate from tenant feedback surveys
- learn and anticipate tenant needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions and surprise and delight moments
- maintain pristine common areas ensuring operational efficiency and tidiness of the amenity floor and conference rooms
- complete all operational checklists daily achieving 100 percent passing rate of weekly manager evaluations
- oversee daily coffee program operations, cleanliness, and TopBrewer system readiness
- manage coffee inventory and perform cleaning and sanitization tasks
- monitor coffee machine performance and submit engineering tickets as needed
- maintain stocked and welcoming coffee area
- own all conference room bookings including intake, coordination, AV walk-throughs, and day-of assistance
- provide catering and special touches while ensuring proper setup and teardown
- achieve 90 percent conference room satisfaction rate and maintain monthly conference room revenue within 15 percent of site goals
- support Tenant Experience Director in executing curated programming and maintaining vendor partnerships
- drive tenant event participation to achieve 75 percent attendance goals through marketing
- provide high-level customer service at events to encourage tenant rebooking
- collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand alignment and uphold communication standards
