Job Requirements
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Event Management, Hospitality focus
- Entry level to three years' experience in hospitality, event coordination, marketing or related field
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent people, customer service and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Tech savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Gmail, iOS technology
- Ability to learn new tech programs quickly

- Able to think quickly and efficiently when confronted with a client request, and anticipate the needs of others

Job Duties
- Serve as central point of contact for programming in the assembly areas, public common areas and retail experience
- Coordinate and present event ideas and calendars to office tower management staff
- Create budget for tenant events and other programming in amenities areas
- Leverage knowledge and passion for event planning and community building to create memorable experiences for office tenants
- Work collaboratively with the Management team to ensure customer service excellence and exceed satisfaction ratings
- Execute events within the budget
- Maintain calendar of tenant birthdays, anniversaries, life events and execute gift programs
- Maintain relationships with community organizations and procure vendors, equipment, and giveaways for events and programs
- Assist with seasonal programming and decor
- Maintain accurate building directories and publications
- Order supplies for amenities areas as approved
- Maintain Conference Center schedule and assist users
- Communicate room set-ups to building engineers and porters
- Monitor meetings for no-shows and cancellations
- Create advertisements for tenant events for various media platforms
- Attend community meetings
- Send weekly update emails and monthly newsletters
- Coordinate and execute tenant move-in and move-out programs
- Maintain social media accounts for the building
- Maintain ongoing tenant contact relations program
- Respond promptly to tenant requests coordinating actions with various departments
- Interface with tenants and vendors in daily building operations
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for management
- Maintain lease and property files
- Track and file service and construction contracts and insurance certificates
- Represent Property Manager’s authority clearly in person and communications
- Provide accounts payable support coding invoices
- Support accounts receivable with bill backs
- Compose correspondence and memos
- Assist with meeting preparations
- Order and maintain office supplies stock
- Oversee building work order system administration
- Support security administration
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Property Manager
