Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- total process and collect payments from guests including using the point-of-sale system handling money managing a bank reporting discrepancies processing credit and debit cards making change and processing gift certificates cards vouchers and credits
- operate and manage the parking booth area
- maintain accurate records of parking-related charges fees rates validations accrued parking time and vehicles in the hotel care
- manage the flow of traffic as needed
- respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
