Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of retail experience
- Knowledge of fashion trends
- Proficiency with cash register and POS systems
- Basic computer skills including iPad and internet usage
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness
- Familiarity with inventory and loss prevention procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition
- Proficient with cash register systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to operate iPad, Mobile POS, and use walkie talkie
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile and introduce yourself
- Interact genuinely and naturally with customers
- Conduct email and name capture as permitted
- Operate point of sale systems accurately
- Maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness
- Suggest multiple add-ons and sell gift cards
- Receive and process shipments and transfers
- Notify management of new product arrivals
- Verify and scan cartons and transfers
- Communicate discrepancies to management
- Organize and clean stockroom daily
- Manage stock levels and product ownership
- Prepare and conduct cycle and physical inventory counts
- Replenish sales floor and assist visual merchandising
- Communicate product features, price points, and stock availability
- Respond to customer requests and support sales team
- Uphold company loss prevention and housekeeping standards
