Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or barista experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
Positive, respectful, excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products

Job Duties

Assist guests and exceed expectations while working at a fast-paced dining establishment
Assist with preparation of food and drinks as needed
Stock and rotation of food inventories
Operate order and point of sale equipment
Accurately follow the brand standards
Wash dishes, and maintain a clean unit
Perform all tasks relating to retail, safety and sanitation of food service facilities
