Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, volunteer management, or campaign coordination

Job Duties

  • Assist Go Red for Women leads with member retention and new member recruitment through personalized engagement strategies
  • Identify prospects for Go Red for Women staff to recruit Circle of Red members, ambassadors, and sponsors to increase membership and revenue
  • Develop and maintain a calendar of touchpoints including outreach, Circle of Red exclusive events, networking events, and VIP experiences
  • Assist in creating and refining campaign materials such as recruitment tools, orientation experiences, invitations, social media content, sponsorship proposals, event agendas, and timelines
  • Manage calendars, track campaign logistics, maintain data and expenses, and organize campaign materials
  • Provide timely and responsive support to stakeholders within 24 hours
  • Collaborate with Go Red for Women staff and Circle of Red Chair to support volunteer management including recruitment, mentorship, and engagement of ambassadors
  • Conduct orientations and maintain consistent communication with volunteers supporting Circle of Red
  • Identify Circle of Red members for leadership or enhanced roles within the Association
  • Pilot new initiatives and provide feedback to improve national best practices
  • Support other Go Red for Women events and initiatives as assigned
