Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • proficiency with basic office equipment and phone systems
  • availability to work Monday through Friday 8 00 am to 5 00 pm for approximately 12 weeks
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • friendly professional and highly personable with strong customer service skills
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • comfortable managing a high volume of phone calls and customer interactions
  • previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
  • ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment

Job Duties

  • manage the showroom reception area greeting customers and vendors as they arrive
  • answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
  • assist walk-in customers by connecting them with the correct department or staff member
  • support the administrative team with general office tasks
  • match invoice numbers with work orders
  • assist with processing vendor payments
  • maintain organized records and help keep the front office running smoothly
