Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in restaurant or hospitality roles
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
strong interpersonal skills
physical ability to stand, walk, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards
ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team

Job Duties

Support servers and hosts by assisting with food and beverage service
maintain water service and ensure glasses stay full throughout the meal
clear, clean, and reset tables to hard rock standards
keep side stations stocked and organized with silverware, linen, and condiments
polish glassware and silverware like a pro
maintain a clean and visually appealing dining and service area
respond graciously to guest requests and alert servers or managers when needed
help with special cleaning projects and keep your station ready to rock every shift
team up with servers, bartenders, and fellow curators to keep service flowing smoothly
