Job Requirements
- Food handler certification within 30 days of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service exp
- Prior experience in a private club and or resort preferred
- Is safety sensitive position
- Drug testing required

Job Duties
- Performs and completes assigned side work tasks for opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operation of services
- Provides immediate attention and service to members and guests
- Coordinates food service involving communication between the kitchen and other staff
- Processes food and beverage checks for payment to ensure proper daily accurate reconciliation
- Reports complaints and problems from members and guests to supervisor or manager immediately
- Maintains control of food and beverage checks involving credit cards and cash payments as standard operating procedures and required to drop all cash with daily paperwork accordingly at the end of the shift
- Performs other related duties as assigned
