Job Duties
- Provide high levels of service to clients including greeting, assisting with inquiries, and wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team during the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and preparing the stock room
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to ensure all items are stocked and maintain merchandise standards including straightening and filling in
- Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities
- Support After Sales areas by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining active records
- Answer phones promptly while providing friendly and appropriate customer service
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
