Job Duties

  • Provide high levels of service to clients including greeting, assisting with inquiries, and wrapping and packaging at point of sale
  • Support the sales team during the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and preparing the stock room
  • Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to ensure all items are stocked and maintain merchandise standards including straightening and filling in
  • Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities
  • Support After Sales areas by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining active records
  • Answer phones promptly while providing friendly and appropriate customer service
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
