Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Duties
- Provide high levels of client service including greeting customers promptly and assisting with inquiries
- Assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock and preparing the stock room
- Organize and prioritize the work station and selling floor to ensure merchandise standards are maintained and necessary items are stocked
- Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter/host activities
- Assist in after-sales operations including logging repairs and maintaining active client records
- Answer phones in a timely and friendly manner exhibiting appropriate customer service
