- Previous retail or sales support experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide high levels of service to clients including greeting, assisting, and wrapping purchases
- Support the sales team with hanging, returning, and retrieving merchandise
- Organize and maintain selling floor and workstation supplies
- Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter/host activities
- Assist with after-sales activities including logging repairs and contacting clients
- Answer phones promptly with friendly and appropriate customer service
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor
