Job Requirements

  • Previous retail or sales support experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties

  • Provide high levels of service to clients including greeting, assisting, and wrapping purchases
  • Support the sales team with hanging, returning, and retrieving merchandise
  • Organize and maintain selling floor and workstation supplies
  • Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter/host activities
  • Assist with after-sales activities including logging repairs and contacting clients
  • Answer phones promptly with friendly and appropriate customer service
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor
