Job Duties
- Consistently provide high levels of service to clients including prompt greetings and wrapping assistance
- support the sales team with selling processes such as hanging and returning merchandise and managing stock room
- organize and prioritize work station and selling floor ensuring all items are stocked and merchandise standards are maintained
- support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities
- assist with after-sales areas including logging repairs and contacting clients
- answer phones promptly while providing friendly customer service
- perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
